  Stress can affect a person’s physical and mental health and lead to behavioral changes. In some people, stress can cause changes in body weight. Everyone experiences stress from time to time. Work, finances, relationships, and life changes can all cause stress. It   affects many of the body’s processes, and it can sometimes also lead to changes in a person’s eating habits.
